This product is made by reusing the hood portion of a used raincoat with rubberized fabric for the outer shell, so there may be some stains on the fabric. Rubberized fabric has a distinctive strong odor, and there is a risk that the smell may transfer to items stored inside or surrounding items. It can also be used as a mini shoulder bag by attaching a separately sold strap.
