At Puebco, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique home goods; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the items in their original industrial packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as Puebco cannot accept damaged returns.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier of your choice to send the parcel back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
